University Hospitals Urgent Care proudly accepts most major insurers, including but not limited to those listed on this page. If you don’t see your insurance plan on the list, please contact any University Hospitals Urgent Care location or email uhbilling@wellstreet.com to verify if your insurance plan is accepted.

Please Note: this is not a comprehensive list. We do not currently accept Anthem (or Blue Cross Medicaid), Caresource Medicaid, United Healthcare Community Plan, or Out of State Medicaid plans.

If University Hospitals Urgent Care is not on your insurance plan, treatment is available at a flat, competitive self-pay rate of $205.

Please note that for self-pay, payment is due at the time of service. Some UH Urgent Care locations accept card and digital payments only. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

University Hospitals Urgent Care makes getting care even more convenient with Easy Pay. Easy Pay creates an effortless billing process for patients so there’s never a need to worry about remembering to pay a bill. Payment processes automatically so you can focus on feeling better faster.

With Easy Pay, insured patients are required to provide a credit, debit or HSA/FSA card at check in before receiving care. Co-pays or coinsurance are due prior to being seen and any remaining balance up to $205 is automatically paid after insurance processes your claim. Easy Pay will only apply if a balance is owed. It’s as easy as that!
